1. No Refunds After Access
Once access to any digital content (MCQs, notes, webinars) has been granted, no refunds will be issued, even if you discontinue usage.
2. Trial Period (if applicable)
If a trial is offered, users may cancel during that period without charge. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues
In the rare event of technical issues that prevent access for more than 48 hours, and no alternative arrangement is offered, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
4. Duplicate Transactions
Duplicate payments made due to a technical error will be refunded after verification, typically within 7–10 business days.
If the refunds gets approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .
